Diffuse is a candle company that focuses on creating long-lasting, clean-burning candles through their use of premium grade wax and essential oils.

The client wanted their brand to communicate 'affordable luxury'. To achieve this balance, I chose a sophisticated, muted color palette that comes to life in playful flourishes. The elegant ligatures of the logo and primary font are leveled out by the soft, rounded sans serif font I chose for body paragraphs.
Soft, wavy motifs adorn the packaging, evoking the gentle movement of air and the subtle diffusion of fragrance. The color palette features a blend of warm neutrals— soft whites and sandy beiges—accentuated by pops of energizing orange, symbolizing the radiant glow of candlelight.
By adding subtle motion to several of Diffuse's digital assets, I brought life to static imagery, further immersing the audience into the feeling that each candle scent conveys. Each asset is meant to display a gentle dispersion of emotion, embodying the tagline 'diffuse your moods'
